TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Group ticket purchases require that all participants in your
group view event from the same location.

2. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
Unfortunately we will not be able to provide a refund or
transfer your ticket purchase if you are unable to attend /
view this event.

3. Please note venues, dates, times, speaker, etc are subject to
change. If there is a change we will make every reasonable
effort to inform you ASAP. As long as an alternate date, time,
location is chosen no refunds will be issued. Within Your
Reach Consulting Services, LLC and/or any affiliates are not
responsible for any losses or expenses, financial or otherwise
you may encounter as a result of changes made.

If it is determined the event will not be rescheduled, Within
Your Reach Consulting Services, LLC will issue a refund to
paid registrants for the amount paid for the ticket price only.
We will not issue a refund for fees. If an event is not
rescheduled, Within Your Reach Consulting Services, LLC
and/or any affiliates will not be responsible for any losses or
expenses, financial or otherwise that you may encounter.

4. By attending this and any event hosted by Within Your Reach
Consulting Services, LLC (face-to-face, virtual or other
formats) herein referred to as WYR, you give WYR, its affiliated
entities or contractors the right, permission, and authority to
use your name, image, voice, written and verbal comments
and/or likeness, without compensation, captured during the
WYR event. Media including but not limited to any
photographs, videotapes, CDs, DVDs, broadcast, telecast,
podcast, webcast, recordings, motion pictures, commercial
advertisement, promotion materials and/or any other record
of this event can be use for any purpose whatsoever.
